CORRUPT JOHN E. STEELE CONTROVERTED BY LEE COUNTY, FL

LEE COUNTY RIDICULES DISGRACED FEDERAL JUDGES

'LEE COUNTY'S ATTORNEY JACK N. PETERSON SAID THAT LEE COUNTY DOESN'T NECESSARILY CLAIM TO OWN THAT LAND [UNPLATTED "UNDESIGNATED AREAS"],

BUT THAT DR. BUSSE DOES NOT OWN THE ACCRETED LAND...'

Disgraced U.S. 11th Circuit Judge Gerald B. Tjoflat perverted Lee County scam O.R. 569/875 into a "legislative act" even though Lee County had controverted him and removed any "claim" by said eminent domain fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875 in 1998.

See 1998 Lee County Blue Sheet 980206 below.

JUSTICE FOR SALE

Watch the perversion of Lee County eminent domain extortion and fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875 into a "legislative act".

Disgraced Judge John E. Steele concealed that no legislator ever signed or could have possibly signed and executed forged land "claim" O.R. 569/875.

DISGRACED FEDERAL JUDGE JOHN E. STEELE

JOHN E. STEELE EXTENDS FRAUD-SCHEME O.R.569/875

For bribes, John E. Steele concocted a "legislative act"

even though Lee County had removed any cloud of said extortion-scheme

in 1998 under Lee County Blue Sheet 980206:

JOHN E. STEELE CONSPIRED TO THREATEN APPELLANTS

JOHN E. STEELE CONSPIRED WITH U.S. MARSHAL TO THREATEN THE APPELLANTS

In April 2009, corrupt U.S. District Judge John Edwin Steele conspired with U.S. Marshal Rick Jessup to threaten the Appellants with arrest for asserting the invalidity  and illegality of Lee County eminent domain extortion and fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875. See Naples Police Department, Case # 09-01114.

In their Complaints in the Federal and State Courts, the Plaintiff-Appellants had demanded invalidation of said fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875. For bribes, objectively partial John Edwin Steele extended said fraud-scheme and deliberately deprived the Appellants of adjudication of their multiple independent ripe Federal claims.

Like a common and spineless criminal, John E. Steele abused the power of his office to defraud the Appellants under false pretenses of forgery O.R. 569/875. When the Plaintiff(s) asserted that Lee County had never signed and executed said fraudulent and uncertain land "claim", John E. Steele conspired with the Appellees to disallow the Appellants to redress their grievances, threaten, and sanction them in order to obstruct justice.

Corrupt Defendant-Appellee Federal Judge John Edwin Steele deliberately deprived and defrauded the Appellants in exchange for Appellees' bribes:

John Edwin Steele concealed that said eminent domain extortion-scheme O.R. 569/875 lacked a legal description and boundaries.

Justice is for sale in John E. Steele's courtroom.

Convicted Judge Samuel B. Kent and John E. Steele

What these corrupt Judges have in common:

Judge Kent forced himself on women and lied about it.

Defendant Judge John E. Steele extended Lee County eminent domain extortion and fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875 and lied about it.

Both Judges obstructed justice and "betrayed their oath in the most fundamental way".

Congress must impeach both corrupt Judges for their crimes.

JOHN E STEELE FRAUD

JOHN E STEELE JUDICIAL CORRUPTION

Defendant-Appellee U.S. District Judge John E. Steele falsely pretended that Lee County eminent domain extortion and fraud-scheme O.R.569/875 is a "legislative act" in order to deliberately deprive and defraud Appellants and other private land owners in the undedicated private Cayo Costa Subdivision on Cayo Costa Island in Lee County, Florida. Fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875 can be found at www.leeclerk.org. Steele knew that Lee County never signed and executed said forgery and disallowed the Appellants to assert the invalidity of said fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875.

In exchange for Appellees' bribes, Steele concealed that in 1998, Lee County itself had removed and eliminated any "cloud" from its fraudulent land "claim". See Lee County Blue Sheet 980206 and O.R. 2967/1084-1090. Steele concealed that said fake land "claim" was null and void.
