JOHN E. STEELE CONSPIRED TO THREATEN APPELLANTS

JOHN E. STEELE CONSPIRED WITH U.S. MARSHAL TO THREATEN THE APPELLANTS

In April 2009, corrupt U.S. District Judge John Edwin Steele conspired with U.S. Marshal Rick Jessup to threaten the Appellants with arrest for asserting the invalidity  and illegality of Lee County eminent domain extortion and fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875. See Naples Police Department, Case # 09-01114.

In their Complaints in the Federal and State Courts, the Plaintiff-Appellants had demanded invalidation of said fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875. For bribes, objectively partial John Edwin Steele extended said fraud-scheme and deliberately deprived the Appellants of adjudication of their multiple independent ripe Federal claims.

Like a common and spineless criminal, John E. Steele abused the power of his office to defraud the Appellants under false pretenses of forgery O.R. 569/875. When the Plaintiff(s) asserted that Lee County had never signed and executed said fraudulent and uncertain land "claim", John E. Steele conspired with the Appellees to disallow the Appellants to redress their grievances, threaten, and sanction them in order to obstruct justice.
